BOOKING INFORMATION

Ask your travel agent whether a visa is required to enter the country. Please provide us accordingly with your full name and address, exact dates and times of arrival and departure in Namibia as well as your flight number and airline. Please confirm your arrival by email or phone at least 3 days before arrival.

Booking Forms will be sent on request.

A deposit of Euro 1000.00 per hunter and Euro 500.00 per accompanying person/on-hunter is required on confirmation of booking.

2nd payment, which covers the rest of the booked safari, is due 30 days before arrival. All Trophy fees and other expenses are fully due at the end of the hunt.

Scenic safaris: 100% payment with confirmation of quote and instructions to book the safari. Kindly provide us with your proof of payment.

Bookings are valid as soon as the deposit has been paid

PAYMENT

Only cash, direct deposits, or Master & Visa Credit Cards are accepted. Full payment is required from each client at the end of the safari, before departure. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange a credit limit with his bank for card payments. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. A 1,5% surcharge will be added to card payments

LIABILITY

Any safari is potentially hazardous and lawful directions and advice of the safari operator must be followed. We request our clients to arrange for their insurance as we do not accept responsibility for loss, illness, accidents, or delays, nor any expenses arising thereof. We undertake to exercise the utmost care and precaution to ensure our client’s safety. Namibian law applies.

CANCELLATION

The deposit will be refunded only if the client cancels the safari within 30 (thirty) days after the date of confirmation of booking, subject to a 15 % administration fee and provided cancellation is done at least 90 (ninety) days before the date of commencement of the safari.
